How it works:

Breathe.
Write down all that you’re ready to release
– roles, beliefs, expectations.
Read them out loud. Then burn or tear them with these words:

● Did I breathe today – just for me?
● Did I make a choice – without justifying it?
● Did I feel my own needs – without guilt?
● Did I hold or protect my boundaries?

For sleepless nights or raw emotions
● 1 cup plant milk
● 1 tsp Ashwagandha

Warm gently, inhale deeply, sip with presence.
