The Ultimate Guide to Yoni Egg Practices

From Skin Currents to Dissolving Space-Time

The Map of Orgasmic Awareness & the Return of the Feminine Ecstasy

"When you allow orgasm to become your teacher, life becomes an ecstatic path."

Margot Anand

1. Introduction – The Orgasmic Body as Mystery

Orgasm is more than a climax. It is a window into the depth of your being. In a single moment, everything can change: space and time blur, the mind quiets, the heart expands. What remains is pulsating life. True, vibrant presence. Perhaps even: GoddessGod.

This form of pleasure – free, soft, ecstatic, shaking – has too often been reduced to genitals and goal-oriented performance. But the orgasmic spectrum is vast. And feminine pleasure is a cosmos.

I love it when space and time dissolve, when I lose control and float on a plateau of energy. When everything becomes more colorful, more intense, more blessed. This experience is not an exception but a remembrance.

2. What is an Orgasm?

Physiological, Energetic, Multidimensional

Orgasm can manifest in the physical nervous system as muscle contractions and hormone surges. But it can also be purely energetic, spiritual, emotional. It can rise from the yoni and dance through the spine. It can fall like a tear. Or shine like light through skin.

Sasha Cobra says:

"Orgasm is energy in motion, not friction."

This means that orgasm doesn’t necessarily arise from friction or penetration. Rather, from the flow of life force. From surrender. From the release of control.

3. Dissolving Time and Space – Orgasmic States of Consciousness

In deep orgasmic states, consciousness expands. The Default Mode Network in the brain – responsible for constant self-monitoring – quiets down. What emerges is precise presence.

"The moment of orgasm is the moment of true presence – where time dissolves and only life remains." – Joy Tara Amba

Many women describe seeing colors, waves, light, inner journeys, or a feeling of vastness or dissolution. Energetic orgasms, as shown in the Goop series (Sex, Love & Goop, Netflix), don’t even require physical touch.

4. The Landscape of Arousal – Erotic Blueprints and Beyond

Sexual therapist Jaiya describes five primary types of arousal, known as the "Erotic Blueprints." These help us better understand our unique pleasure languages.

Blueprint

Description

Energetic

Reacts to tension, energetic connection, eye contact, distance, aura.

Sensual

Loves textures, scent, music, candlelight, soft touch, slow tempo.

Sexual

Direct, clear, enjoys genital stimulation, nakedness, quick climax.

Kinky

Plays with dominance, submission, taboo, structure, mental arousal.

Shapeshifter

Can enjoy everything – needs depth, variety, and emotional flexibility.

Additional types seen in experience-based studies:

●     Auditory: Strongly aroused by voice, music, breath, sound, deep tones.

●     Fetish-oriented: Aroused by specific materials, objects, or scenarios.

●     Tactile/Motion-based: Reacts to pressure, dance, rhythm, friction, movement.

Most women (and men) carry a personal blend of types within them.

5. How to Discover Your Arousal Type

Ask yourself:

In which moments does your pleasure expand rather than peak?

What touches you more deeply than touch?

●     Where does your body begin to respond without doing anything?

What kind of intimacy feels like truth?

What invites your nervous system to melt?

Journaling, conscious touch, dreams, and fantasy awareness help decode your inner map. Authentic intimacy with another, or with yourself, and of course your time in Shakti Alchemy spaces, can offer great insight.

A gentle reminder: Not everyone has immediate access to orgasmic energy – especially after trauma or in chronic tension. Go gently. Regulate your nervous system. Practice self-compassion. Your pace is sacred.

6. The Energetic Orgasm

Radiance Beyond the Physical

An energetic orgasm is the upward movement of life force, often along the spine. It can provoke tears, laughter, shaking, even spiritual revelation. In the Goop series, Jaiya demonstrates how women reach ecstatic states through presence and breath alone.

"The more you tense up during sex, the more energy gets trapped in one area."

Sasha Cobra

Let go. Breathe. Move. Sound. These are the four keys.

7. Practices for Arousal Types

Your Body as a Temple of Exploration

Type

Practice

Energetic

Eye gazing, breathing into the pelvic floor, subtle pulses, visualization

Sensual

Self-massage with oil, scent rituals, silk-touch exploration

Sexual

Direct stimulation, erotic fantasy, clear communication

Kinky

Roleplay, binding with cloth, consensual tension rituals

Auditory

Voice play, erotic podcasts, breath sounds

Fetish

Object rituals, sensory flooding or deprivation

Shapeshifter

Five-sense ceremony with touch, sound, scent, light, taste

8. The Return of Orgasmic Feminine Power

In a world where feminine pleasure has long been controlled, shamed, or trivialized, orgasm becomes an act of reclamation. Not just in sexuality, but in life itself.

"When a woman opens to her pleasure, she remembers who she is." – Joy Tara Amba

Ecstasy is not a goal. It is a remembering. A reconnection to the GoddessGod within.

9. Closing – Invitation to Embodiment

You are more than your story. More than your thoughts. You are pulsing life force. And your body is not an object of pleasure – it is the source.

Let your pleasure guide you.

Let it be your teacher.

Let it remember you.

Breath Ritual for Integration:

After reading this article, breathe for three minutes from your crown into your heart and yoni. With each exhale, let the breath rise back to your crown. After a few cycles, expand the inhale down to the Earth’s core and exhale out into the Central Sun of the universe. Let this naturally connect you with the present energetic moment – the source.

10. Ritual: Discover your pleasure landscape

Demystify Orgasm – Self-Inquiry Worksheet

Your body is not an object of desire – it is the source.

Your body speaks - and you just listen.

✧ What excites you is the mirror of your truth. ✧

Lade Invite yourself space. Breathe. Listen. Respond in your own rhythm.

✧ Discover Your Arousal Landscape ✧

Take a breath.

Create space.

Slow down.

This is not about solving or fixing.

This is about listening.

Reflective Questions:

  1. In which moments does your pleasure expand rather than peak?

  2. What touches you more deeply than touch?

  3. Where does your body begin to respond without you doing anything?

  4. What kind of intimacy feels like truth in your system?

  5. What invites your nervous system to soften or melt?

You can answer these questions in writing or let them act as gentle guides to your feelings over several days. Use these questions to journal, to explore during movement, or in a quiet moment of meditation. Let your body respond before your mind.

✧ Sensory Exploration Practice ✧

Take a scarf, oil, music, candlelight – one at a time.

Place the object near you. Don’t touch it yet. Close your eyes. Breathe. Then begin to interact slowly. Let your body, breath, and energy lead.

●     Which sense awakens first?

●     Where do you feel desire arise?

●     Can you follow the impulse without rushing?

Write down any sensation, imagery, or memory that surfaces.

✧ Ritual for Self-Awareness ✧

  1. Light a candle.

  2. Sit or lie down. Place one hand on your heart, one on your womb.

  3. Whisper: “I remember.”

  4. Inhale from your crown into your heart and yoni.

  5. Exhale from your yoni back out through your crown.

  6. Repeat for 3–5 minutes.

Let the breath guide you to the hidden landscapes of pleasure and remembrance.
