1. Introduction – The Orgasmic Body as Mystery
Orgasm is more than a climax. It is a window into the depth of your being. In a single moment, everything can change: space and time blur, the mind quiets, the heart expands. What remains is pulsating life. True, vibrant presence. Perhaps even: GoddessGod.
This form of pleasure – free, soft, ecstatic, shaking – has too often been reduced to genitals and goal-oriented performance. But the orgasmic spectrum is vast. And feminine pleasure is a cosmos.
I love it when space and time dissolve, when I lose control and float on a plateau of energy. When everything becomes more colorful, more intense, more blessed. This experience is not an exception but a remembrance.
2. What is an Orgasm?
Physiological, Energetic, Multidimensional
Orgasm can manifest in the physical nervous system as muscle contractions and hormone surges. But it can also be purely energetic, spiritual, emotional. It can rise from the yoni and dance through the spine. It can fall like a tear. Or shine like light through skin.
Sasha Cobra says:

This means that orgasm doesn’t necessarily arise from friction or penetration. Rather, from the flow of life force. From surrender. From the release of control.

In deep orgasmic states, consciousness expands. The Default Mode Network in the brain – responsible for constant self-monitoring – quiets down. What emerges is precise presence.

Many women describe seeing colors, waves, light, inner journeys, or a feeling of vastness or dissolution. Energetic orgasms, as shown in the Goop series (Sex, Love & Goop, Netflix), don’t even require physical touch.

Sexual therapist Jaiya describes five primary types of arousal, known as the "Erotic Blueprints." These help us better understand our unique pleasure languages.

Write down any sensation, imagery, or memory that surfaces.
