WHO IS KALI?
Kali is an excellent Indian goddess. An archetype of raw, powerful femininity that every woman should integrate. She is an invitation to a colorful life.
Kali is the goddess who shows you
where you are self-deceiving,
conforming, holding back.
She is the voice behind your anger,
the pulse behind your fear,
the love behind your "no."

Kali is the goddess who doesn't ask if you're ready. At some point, she comes into your life like a storm, playing with fate – and she remains persistent until you remember who you truly are.
In Indian mythology, she emerges from the third eye of the goddess Durga. When all gods and goddesses fail in the fight against the demon Raktabīja, goddess Durga creates Kali – the only one willing to do what is necessary. With her outstretched tongue, she catches every drop of blood to prevent new demons from being born. She has the courage to integrate darkness, our shadows, and unconscious destructive forces – the "evil" that, when recognized and felt, becomes free energy, creating space for healing and new beginnings.
This story is more than a myth – it is a feminine initiation path.
Because those willing to end their own drama will celebrate this primal force. Releasing the heavy burdens of millennia and everyday life.
When we are ready to leave the drama triangle of victim, perpetrator, and rescuer, we can find the courage for the great unknown.
Feeling. Step by step. Flowing, floating, gliding – it carries us.
SHE carries.
The Great Mother also carries us through the invisible world.
In the myth, Shiva, the divine lover, lies still beneath Kali – not out of weakness, but out of complete devotion and recognition of this feminine primal force.
When these two energies meet and acknowledge each other within us, a healing inner balance is created.
For me, embodying rituals and inner and outer fire dances with Kali were pure medicine. Through her "Shakti Codes," I was able to allow new aspects of myself, to release beliefs I once thought were my strength – beliefs that kept me from my feminine depth. I was strong. I was independent. I was the "son" and the functioning woman – but I rarely allowed myself help, often didn't show my need, and tried to do everything alone. Feeling this brings us much closer to what is whole, healing, and alive within us.
With Kali's power, I burned away layer after layer. Fire after fire.
Not in destruction, but in truthfulness.
Sometimes, the very things that seem to make us strong are deep swamps that cunningly trap us in illusion, preventing us from feeling the deep pain that could set us free.
Kali demanded I feel everything, and in return, she gave me the courage for self-acceptance and self-love.
I am not crazy. I only become crazy if I am not allowed to live the woman I am.
The world, built in patriarchal structures, is definitely crazy for women – as long as we continue to play along. Only when we fully trust the feminine primal power and wisdom again, reconnect, and begin to live from this deep source, true healing and truth will begin.

Kali was the first goddess who truly brought me into my power and who ruthlessly cut down the deep patterns of bloodshed.

MANTRA OF THE MONTH
Kreem Kalikayei Namaha
क्रीं कालिकायै नम
Decomposition & Meaning:
Kreem – the Bija mantra (seed sound) of Kali. It represents the fire of transformation, sexual power, protection, renewal. It combines the elements of desire (Ka), fire (Ra), Shakti (Ee), and dissolution (M). → Kreem activates your Kundalini Shakti and cuts through illusions at the cellular level.
Kalikayei – Dative form of Kali. Means: “dedicated to Kali,” “to Kali,” “in devotion to Kali.” → Expresses your alignment with the feminine mystery.
Namaha – “I bow,” “I surrender.” → Symbolizes humility, heart opening, and readiness for transformation.
Full translation: I bow to the Great Mother Kali, who destroys all illusions and unleashes the light of truth.
Guided Mini-Practice for Your Home:
Sit comfortably or stand with knees slightly bent.
Inhale: “Kreem,” pause briefly, exhale: “Kalikayei Namaha.”
Repeat this 3 to 11 times – whispering or toning.
Gently circle your hips and notice what changes inside.
Finally, place your hands on your heart and pelvis and stay silent for a moment.
This practice opens your energy system for transformation, presence, and inner freedom.
